Wandering the streets of UNESCO Heritage site, Valparaiso. Beautiful colourful houses on winding streets up the many city's hills. Below the hills there is the flat business/shopping area & port "El Plan", it is very different from the hills above - much busier, dirtier, poorer (?) but just as interesting.
